Welcome to Only Nutrition! We take utmost care in delivering your health and nutrition essentials safely and promptly. Please read our policy below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of the order (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Bulk Orders: Orders containing bulk quantities (more than 10 packs/jars) are subject to custom dispatch timelines.
  • Couriers & Tracking: We partner with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email immediately.
  • Address Verification: Please double-check your complete address, Pincode, and Phone Number before placing an order to ensure timely delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Mandatory Requirement: Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video when opening your package. We cannot process any return, replacement, or refund requests for damaged or wrong items without an unboxing video.

  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will gladly accept a return request and send you the correct item.
  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used are strictly non-eligible for returns or refunds due to health and safety regulations.
  • 24-Hour Reporting Window: You must email us within 24 hours of receiving a wrong or damaged product with images and the unboxing video.

How to Submit a Claim

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged/wrong products, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@onlynutrition.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, clear photos, and the mandatory Unboxing Video.

Refund Process & Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Cost Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be net of return courier charges incurred.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
